Purchased 2019 Ram 1500. Showed me Car Fax showing service just performed. Showed me Chrysler Certified Pre Owned documentation showing all pre sale services just done. Purchased and found this documentation was just pencil whipped to make a sale. Discovered this after finding off brand oil filter on the truck and their service department telling me that it would have an Original Equipment Mopar filter if they had serviced it there. The salesman was just horrible, they tried to cheat us and the level to which this dealership sunk was unbelievable. We've purchased dozens of new & used vehicles in our lifetime. This dealership was the worst by far. We ended up walking away because of the stunt they tried pulling. Never again would we give this dealership the time of day. You'd think being in a small town that you'd get the best service, that they would do anything to win your business. We received the opposite, what they did so devious you wouldn't believe.

Update: still do not have my truck back. It’s been there since January 4, 2023. That is after I waited 3 weeks for a service appointment. MAKE SURE AND READ YOUR WARRANTY. They will charge you for things that are covered. That part about a rental car or loaner car is a joke. According to my warranty I am supposed to get a rental. Did I Get one? NO. Do not believe or trust anything 5 Star tells you. BUYER or OWNER BEWARE!!!!

Beware, worst customer service ever! Had my truck for 2 weeks. Supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Giving us nothing but a hard time. Finally called the warranty people directly. They informed us we were covered and they were waiting on the dealer. Not the first bad experience. We have had a bad experience every visit . Avoid this dealership at all cost.

The service department gives at best, poor communication. After almost 4 months of haggling with a bumper to bumper lifetime warranty, we lost. Then they offered money to put in a new engine so we could use it around town. Took our buyout check from Chrysler to get the new engine and had to bring it back twice in the first week. IT NEVER worked and no one from that dealership called...we lost out on the money we gave them to fix it. Get a second opinion first.
Michael Stinson provided us a great experience at the dealership. Definitely recommend this dealership to others. Will likely return if I need another vehicle.

My wife called this morning to make an appointment for an oil change. She was told to come in at 8:30. After driving for an hour and arriving with my wife, we were told that the oil change would be in 3-4 hours. The 8:30 appointment was for a service advisor and not for the oil change! My husband and I have had the worst experience here. His recent review stated how long our vehicle was withheld along with poor communication. We were told our vehicle would be detailed and serviced. They already had to fix the “wiring” to the back latch of our vehicle. Just got a ram 1500 this was closest dealer for me had oil changed twice there no problem. Went In for coolant leak was charged $300 an hour for labor to replace water pump. Dealer at stonecrest and dealer at Athens labor rate is $160 an hour. Just lost my business.
