Purchased 2019 Ram 1500. Showed me Car Fax showing service just performed. Showed me Chrysler Certified Pre Owned documentation showing all pre sale services just done. Purchased and found this documentation was just pencil whipped to make a sale. Discovered this after finding off brand oil filter on the truck and their service department telling me that it would have an Original Equipment Mopar filter if they had serviced it there. Pulled cabin air filter and saw it was nasty. One tire had 56 psi of air. Left several messages in an attempt to reach the General Manager who never returned my calls. Finally reached Used Car sales manager and after 4 phone discussions they finally admitted none of this service work had been performed. They sent a driver 85 miles to my location to pick up the truck to do the service work already reported to Car Fax as being completed. Left with 3/4 tank of gas, returned it 3 days later with 1/4 tank. One week later had flat tire, found the tire that previously had 56 psi of air had a screw stuck in. Apparently someone at 5 star got tired of adding air and just over inflated it until it was sold. Truck was paid in full the day I purchased it Feb, 27, 2024. Tomorrow will be 2 month and I still do not have a title or tag for this truck. Had to go to tag office when my temporary tag expired and get an extension for my temporary tag . Have contacted them and got no real answer as to why I have not received them. I hope others have not being given this same type of false documentation when they are dealing with 5 Star Chrysler in Millegeville GA.

The salesman was just horrible, they tried to cheat us and the level to which this dealership sunk was unbelievable. We've purchased dozens of new & used vehicles in our lifetime. This dealership was the worst by far. We ended up walking away because of the stunt they tried pulling. Never again would we give this dealership the time of day. You'd think being in a small town that you'd get the best service, that they would do anything to win your business. We received the opposite, what they did so devious you wouldn't believe.

I want everyone to know that Brad Duren the Service Director at RAM in Milledgeville, GA provides excellent customer service and cares about the customer. I recently purchased a new 2022 RAM Bighorn truck that encountered Radio/Navigation issues. We attempted to get things corrected but we ran into some obsticales on the way to getting it fixed. Once Brad was informed he took control and made sure my issue was fixed correctly and quickly. He even went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Brad is a prime example of how all employees in customer service jobs should treat their customers. It was a pleasure working with him and meeting him. God bless him and his excellent attitude.
